Baths, kitchens, and outdoor rooms for houses that deserve the details.
Columbus Project Pros is Kevin O’Brien’s remodeling company. Primary baths, kitchens, finished basements, decks, and pavilions. A short list of jobs, so the structure and the finish get the same attention.

The work we take

Primary baths
The room you use half-asleep, built so the waterproofing is as considered as the brass.

Kitchens
Layout first. The island only lands if the walk around it works on a Tuesday night.

Basements
A lower level that reads as part of the house — after moisture and egress are handled.

Decks & pavilions
Timber structures sized for the span, flashed at the house, and roofed for Ohio weather.
How a job actually goes
Owned by the person who walks it. Not a call center, and not a lead that gets handed to whoever is free that week.
- 01
Walk the house
We look at the structure you have, not only the picture you saved. Access, moisture, what is behind the wall, and how you actually use the room.
- 02
Scope and a number
A written scope, the choices that move the price, and a sequence. You should be able to plan a season around it.
- 03
Build
Permits where Powell or your city requires them. The same lead from the walk-through through the week things are torn open.
- 04
Punch, then done
We walk it with you. The sticking drawer and the crooked plate get fixed before anyone calls the room finished.
Finish level
These are studies of the rooms we build — stone, oak, brass, timber — not a borrowed portfolio. Your own photos go here when you want them up.
Same person
The walk-through, the number, and the punch list stay with Kevin. Subs do what subs should. The job does not get passed to a stranger.
Structure counts
Flashing, spans, footings, and what is behind the tile are the job. The finish is the last layer, not the only one.
A short list
We do not staff up to take every lead. If the calendar is full, you hear that early. If you want the cheapest bid, this is the wrong call.
Tell us the room. We’ll say if it fits the schedule.
A short note is enough. If the work isn’t a fit, you get a straight answer, not a nurture sequence.
